Digital Art Print - Against Gravity
This illustration was inspired by the scientist and sexual assault survivor and advocate Amanda Nguyen. She had delayed her dream of flying into space for a decade in pursuit of justice for victims of sexual assault.
In April 2025, Nguyen became the first Vietnamese woman to travel to space aboard Blue Origin's NS-31 mission. During the flight, she conducted experiments related to women's health in microgravity, including testing materials for menstrual products and wound dressings, aiming to improve conditions for future female astronauts.
All proceeds for this digital print will be donated to Rise Now a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering survivors and advocating for civil rights founded by Nguyen in 2014.
